Liz,
I saw your blog regarding a little girl named Keturah. I am interested in finding out if she has been adopted. My little girl (now 10 yrs and adopted internationally) saw her on the AdoptUsKids website and fell in love with her. She has not stopped praying about this child and now we were trying to go through our local agency in order to find out more; but, we were unable to locate her now. Are you adopting her? If not, do you know what happened to her? My daughter will not rest until she finds out.
Thank you for any information you may provide us.
Sincerely,
Jamie Smith

At Hill Billy Housewife, you can find a completely free homeschool curriculum-- Old Fashioned Education. You can print the books that are free online, but my 8th grader just read the books off the computer. There is a math curriculum! There is no science, and they recommend Apologia science- but Apologia is expensive and IMO not my favorite science. I actually just let the kids do science books and explore outside, and get a general science workbook from Sam's club for $5.83. :)
